The following services are for all our customers commercial and non-commercial (open source) as well:

• Bug Reporting
  If you have requests for improvements or found erros you can use this form to send us information about it..
• Forum
  Here you can exchange your experience with other users and search for solutions for problems.
• Download area for extensions
  Here you can download customizations or adaptions supplied by the Community. (e.g. Language files, translations of manuals, program extensions..)

Our customers are supported with:

• Phone Hotline
  If you are registered customer you can call our hotline if you have trouble.
• Installation and Customization services
  If nescessary we can support you with the installation and customizing of the software. Depeding on the service it may be only for a fee.
